For years coaches and players have been fighting the battle of when can the players get time to practice their shooting. Practices are dedicated to coaches practicing offenses, defenses, press breaks, out of bound plays etc. There is never enough time for that let alone shooting practice.
That is why I started “Just Shooting” many years ago. Players can get in hundreds of shots from different locations using many different drills. It is great for all level players. For High School players there is no competitive drills thus no injuries just as the program is called “Just Shooting”. We will be running “Just Shooting” during the winter basketball season.
