After coaching the men's basketball team at Northern Essex Community College for 25 years I decided to resign my position in June of 2023. I also decided to terminate my relationship with the college as my youth basketball training location.

I believe the most important and most dismissed skill that makes a good basketball player is the players mental state of mind. A player can develop good skills but so many do not have the confidence to use those skills. Do some coaches and programs crush players confidence? Do they not understand it's importance or how to do it?All players must contribute to their team by being some sort of scoring threat. Be taught what is a good scoring opportunity and how take advantage of that opportunity and score
